- Unfortunately, the Support Portal user database is not linked to ours, so you will have to register as a user if you have not used it before.
- It makes things easier if you use the same email address that we have associated with your account.
- The prompts during registration on the Support portal are fairly easy to understand, simply enter the info requested, and then keep and eye on your SPAM folder, since the registration verification does sometimes end up in there!
