You are having problems loading your credit card and would prefer to pay via EFT.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the EFT payment option for this product at the moment.
You will have to contact Support, and advise what problems you are having with the credit card that is loaded.
Provide us with the Email address used during registration.
The issue will be escalated to our Technical Department, to investigate. Once rectified, you will be notified to retry registration with the SAME email address and credit card details as before.
Only once you have successfully registered will you be able to download and use the software to create a backup and restore plan.
- The only deduction made from your card at this point is an account validation to verify that the card is real. Payment for the service will only take place after the initial 2 week Trial period has been completed.
